1. No under 12s allowed in the premises.

2. Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. 

3. Please arrive no earlier than 10 min to your appointment. There is no waiting room. 

4. Please do not come accompanied as there is no waiting room, unless :

a) you are under 18

b) you need assistance from a carer or other type of assistance.

5. T&Cs update: 50% non refundable deposit fee payable in advance to secure your timeslot which goes towards the total cost of the service. The remaining 50% is payable on the day after the service is provided. Card payment accepted or cash. 24h cancelling or rescheduling notice. If you cancel under the 24h timeframe, the fee is non refundable. The fee is non refundable in the case of no-show. 

6. The salon operates a closed-door system to protect their staff and clients. Services are by appointment only. 

7. We are a Safe Space and welcome everyone in the salon and the treatment room. 

8. There is zero tolerance for drug use, sexual harassment, violence, verbal abuse and racial discrimination in our space. If you fail to comply you will be asked to leave, banned from future appointments and the police will be informed.
