How to Redeem Your Gift Card

We’re delighted you’ve received a gift card! Here’s everything you need to know to redeem it and enjoy your well-deserved treatment.

All Gift Cards Are Now Digital

To keep things simple and eco-friendly, we’ve gone fully digital. Physical gift cards are no longer sold. Your digital gift card can be used quickly and easily through our booking system : Treatwell. 

Here’s How to Redeem Your Gift Card:

1. Visit treatwell.co.uk
   Go to the Treatwell website or open the Treatwell app on your phone.
    
2. Search for Our Business
   Type in our business name Glorious Light Wellness in the search bar and select your preferred service and time.
    
3. Proceed to Checkout
   Once you’ve selected your treatment, click “Book Now” and continue to the checkout.
    
4. Enter Your Gift Card Code
   At the payment stage, you’ll see an option to “Add a Gift Card or Discount Code.” Enter your unique digital gift card code here.
    
5. Enjoy Your Treatment!
   Your gift card value will be deducted from the total amount. Just turn up, relax, and enjoy your experience.

If you’ve received one of our printed gift cards, congratulations—this is the very last edition of our physical vouchers! All future bookings and gift cards will now be handled digitally through our new Treatwell system.

How to Book with a Printed Gift Card

As this is the final generation of printed gift cards, it cannot be redeemed via Treatwell. Instead, please use the contact form below to manually book your appointment. Kindly include your gift card code and preferred dates/times, and we’ll get back to you to confirm.

Moving Forward with Treatwell

We now use Treatwell for all bookings and gift card purchases—a smooth, user-friendly system that also offers an app for easy scheduling on the go. Digital gift cards can be purchased and redeemed directly via Treatwell, making the experience quicker and more convenient for everyone.
